Size Exchange Policy

We want you to have the perfect fit. If the size you received doesn’t fit you properly, we offer a size exchange under the policy below.


Eligibility for Size Exchange

  • Exchange is applicable only for size-related issues.

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.


How to Request a Size Exchange

If you received an incorrect size or the fit is not right, please follow these steps:

  1. Take 3 clear photos:

    • Photo 1: Shoe clearly showing the size label

    • Photo 2: Both shoes visible together

    • Photo 3: Shoe placed next to the outer box with order label

  2. Make sure the images clearly show the incorrect size received.

  3. Email the photos along with your Order ID and registered mobile number to:

After You Raise the Request

  • Once we receive your email, our support team will review and approve the exchange request within 24 hours.

  • After approval, the correct size will be dispatched immediately.

  • You will receive your new size order at your doorstep.

  • At the time of delivery, please return the previously received wrong size to the courier partner.


Important Note

This exchange follows a doorstep replacement model.
Please keep the original product properly packed and ready to hand over to the courier at the time of delivery.
