You can raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Wrong size or item received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Missing product(s)

  • Manufacturing defect

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

Refunds are issued within 10 working days after we receive and verify the product, via the same payment method used at checkout.


Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace your product, please place a new order for your preferred item and raise a return request for the existing one.
